Viral Content Creator And Fan Growth Manager

REELZ is seeking an on‑site social content creator & fan growth manager to join us Friday and Saturday nights in our Jersey City studio during tapings of On Patrol: Live — America’s #1 cable entertainment program and consistent trending hashtag (#OPNation) while on‑air. Simply put, the goal is to get as many people as possible to talk about, engage with, share, or learn about On Patrol: Live while live on air Friday and Saturday nights.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and knows how to turn live moments into viral, platform‑native content.

Job Responsibilities

• Be a Clipper: Clip, edit and publish short‑form vertical videos in real time during the live show.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes footage, talent moments, and studio activity (primarily on iPhone).
• Engage directly with fans/viewers across social platforms during the broadcast, inspiring more conversation, poll responses, reaction videos, UGC, etc.
• Identify trending conversations, standout UGC, and opportunities for viral growth – this can include video, text‑only, graphic, or static image posts.
• Collaborate with the Exec Producer to develop ongoing social content series.
• Clip key show moments (BOLOs, Triple Play, Missing segments, big reactions) for rapid posting.

Qualifications

• Based in Jersey City / NYC area and available Friday & Saturday evenings on‑site.
• Experience creating short‑form content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.
• Strong shooting skills with iPhone/mobile, plus basic editing experience (Premiere preferred).
• Creative instincts for what makes a moment hooky, shareable, and fast‑moving.
• Comfortable working around talent, producers, and a live studio environment.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
• Bonus: prior work for TV, live shows, talent, or brands.
