The Community UX team is responsible for the Twitch viewer and streamer experience across the product ecosystem building and maintaining a cross-platform live streaming service that supports the growth and development of streamer based communities. We are looking to add a Principal UX Designer, Personalization to our team. Working closely with our discovery, identity, and recommendations teams, this designer will be responsible for the right users getting the right content at the right time from onboarding to becoming an engaged member of the Twitch community. A Principal designer is expected to lead design at a program level, work with multiple senior XFN partners across orgs, represent work to executive leadership, guide and mentor junior designers and will report directly to a Director of Design. Designers at Twitch are involved in development from project conception all the way through execution and iteration.
