We’re looking for a full-time Video Editor to help us create best‑in‑class content across paid and organic channels.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize video ideas from scratch—taking content from rough concept to final cut


• Storyboard and script creative ideas, working with content creators and our internal team to shape polished, compelling narratives


• Edit and assemble high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms


• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to deliver fresh ads weekly, learn from what works (and what doesn’t), and iterate fast. Play a key role in shaping our content voice—helping define our brand narrative in a way that feels fresh, authentic, and resonates with both loyal and new audiences

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in video editing (DTC brand or agency-side experience is a strong plus)


• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment where speed and quality both matter


• Experience editing performance‑driven content and ad creatives with an eye for what converts


• A passion for storytelling, brand building, and creating content that resonates


• Proficient in video production techniques and post‑production processes.


• Bonus (but not required): You’re open to being on camera and shooting content when needed
