NSC Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer / Video Editor to lead the development of all visual assets across the organization. This role will support marketing, recruitment, sales, training, operations, and executive functions by producing high-impact creative materials that strengthen brand consistency, elevate storytelling, and align with corporate brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3–5 years of hands‑on design and video experience, is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and brings a deep understanding of digital, print, and social content production. This individual will also manage companywide swag and promotional branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with departmental requests and corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Develop all print and digital design materials including brochures, one‑pagers, presentations, banners, infographics, tradeshow assets, job fair kits, and proposal templates.
  • Create and maintain NSC’s brand standards, visual identity systems, typography rules, and overall creative guidelines.
  • Ensure strict brand compliance across all internal departments, campaigns, and collateral.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to conceptualize and execute high‑quality creative that supports recruitment, employer branding, candidate engagement, and corporate communications.

Video Editing & Social Media Creative

  • Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for social media, recruitment campaigns, internal communications, and executive updates.
  • Produce thumbnails, social post templates, and motion graphics for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut to build polished, engaging content.
  • Work with the marketing team to support content calendars, social strategies, and fast‑turnaround deliverables.

Swag, Merchandise, and Print Management

  • Act as the internal lead for all swag, merchandise, apparel, and print production requests.
  • Manage vendor relationships, quotes, proofs, timelines, and delivery logistics.
  • Oversee brand integrity across all promotional items, uniforms, signage, and corporate gifts.
  • Coordinate with departments (Recruitment, Marine, Skilled Trades, Operations, Leadership) to fulfill swag needs efficiently.

Cross‑Departmental Creative Support

  • Support internal teams with branded assets for events, onboarding, training materials, and employee communications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Participate in creative planning sessions and help build a scalable asset library for NSC’s growth.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or creative services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred).
  • Working experience with Canva for rapid asset creation and CapCut for social‑media‑first video editing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of brand design, print work, video editing, and social media creative.
  • Experience coordinating branded merchandise, swag production, or print vendor relationships.
  • Ability to interpret brand guidelines and enforce consistency across all departments.
  • Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, aspect ratios, and platform‑specific creative requirements.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across a fast‑moving organization.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Experience in staffing, trades, marine, defense, industrial services, or a similar B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent‑acquisition creative strategy.
  • Photography skills or ability to capture basic footage when required.
