This role ensures that all events reflect the firm’s quality standards and tone, including assisting with planning for Ignite, the firm’s flagship national conference.# **Key Deliverables and Responsibilities*** Organize and manage all aspects of conferences and events, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives and brand standards.* Lead event logistics including budgeting, venue booking, food and beverage arrangements, audiovisual equipment, décor, and conference materials.* Coordinate travel arrangements for attendees and staff.* Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event-related communications.* Consult and negotiate with vendors on event-related matters to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.* Maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.# **What We Are Looking For*** Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.* Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.* Proficiency in budgeting and vendor management.* Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.* Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies for events.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Assist management with site visits and contribute to annual event calendar planning.* Support future event strategies by researching trends and incorporating innovative ideas.* Familiarity with hybrid or virtual event platforms.* Ability to analyze event metrics and ROI for continuous improvement.**Location:** Phoenix, AZ (Thomas & Central) – Hybrid in-office 3x/week**Travel:** 20% nationwide travel**Salary Range:** $70-78,000/yearThe salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law.
