Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. As the Floor Supervisor, you provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensure store operations run effectively. You are part of the store leadership team, driving floor performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Schedule Requirements

• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
• During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction.
• Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness.
• Adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance, poise & ambition.
• Multi‑tasking, applied learning, work ethic, omni‑channel services.

The starting rate for this position is $19.25 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $19.25 – $19.25 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
