The Amazon MGM Studios Awards team supports the promotion of original films and series for Prime Video and theatrical releases across the global awards landscape.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Track campaign awards finances across series and film campaign awards
  • Create new vendors and purchase orders; PO troubleshooting
  • Assist the awards team with scheduling calls, travel, day-to-day logistics and administrative support
  • Liaison with other department coordinators to help with talent and executive schedules and needs at awards shows & events
  • Handle logistics of awards screenings and events including, but not limited to, sourcing venue, ordering DCP, booking security, etc.
  • Track all awards competitions along with their rules and regulations
  • Update weekly awards team agendas, timelines, and calendars
  • Assist in creating and sending screening links to awards press, pundits, moderators, etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of entertainment, brand or production entity experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects and working independently
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • Experience supporting significant projects from concept to deployment
  • A passion for pop culture and entertainment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
