As a Graphic Designer at Union Home Mortgage Corp., you will design impactful digital and print materials that support marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing collateral such as digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, billboards, and presentations.
- Design visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to understand project goals and deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines with high quality.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms and materials.
- Pitch social media ideas and oversee their execution.
- Write headlines for social content.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and emerging tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, fine arts, digital design, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital design tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design a plus; familiarity with designing for web landing pages and mobile‑first environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, digital, and print projects.
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, thrives in high‑output environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
