Poly & Bark, a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce furniture brand based in Miami, FL, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to elevate our digital presence and customer experience. You'll collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to craft visually stunning web experiences, while leveraging innovative tools—including AI-driven design technologies—to bring our brand vision to life efficiently and creatively.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-impact design assets for digital channels, including emails, social media, ads, blogs, homepage, and product pages.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI for ideation, image enhancement, and rapid prototyping) alongside traditional design software to accelerate workflows and explore creative concepts.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, champion best practices in digital design, and incorporate data-driven personalization where applicable.
• Present designs to stakeholders, iterate based on feedback, and push innovative approaches that blend human creativity with AI-assisted efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ecommerce Visual Merchandising, Content, UX/UI, Email, and Marketing) to optimize assets, including A/B testing variations generated with AI.
• Provide and incorporate constructive feedback in team settings and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorms.
• Prepare production-ready files across digital formats, ensuring optimization for web performance and accessibility.
• Experiment with AI for tasks like background removal, asset variations, typography exploration, and motion graphics to scale creative output.
• Assist on additional Creative team projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in lifestyle, home decor, or DTC e-commerce brands.
• Expertise in designing for web and multi-platform digital experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong skills in graphic design, typography, illustration, and icon creation.
• Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to communicate concepts effectively.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Passion for design trends, the creative community, and home decor/interiors/industrial design.

Preferred/Asset Skills:

• Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar for generative assets).
• Proficiency in Figma/Sketch.
• Knowledge of CSS for design implementation.
• Motion graphics and animation skills.
