Graphic Designer – Beauty Brand (Full-Time, Hybrid | City of Industry, CA)

A leading beauty brand is seeking a Graphic Designer with strong expertise in packaging design to join their creative team. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in the City of Industry. The position requires onsite presence for the first 30‑60 days, followed by a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote.

Packaging design is a primary focus of this role. Candidates must have substantial experience in packaging and be prepared to share a portfolio that includes packaging samples.

Key Qualifications

• Extensive experience in packaging design for consumer goods, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platform
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Self‑motivated, imaginative, and flexible
• Portfolio displaying samples with a bright, edgy design aesthetic

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of product packaging, from concept through production, in collaboration with the product development team
• Create 2D renderings and mock samples of packaging concepts
• Refresh and evolve existing packaging to align with brand updates and market trends
• Design a variety of in‑store retail materials including POP displays, merchandising assets, and signage
• Develop brand collateral such as guidelines, brochures, mailers, collateral, magazine ads, and web banners
• Conceptualize annual beauty campaigns including mood boards, casting, location scouting, and budget planning
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final production
