Egnyte is seeking a highly conceptual, collaborative Graphic Designer to create impactful design for events, tradeshows, print collateral, digital campaigns, and more. The ideal candidate stays current with design trends and has a strong portfolio that showcases thoughtful, impactful work across a variety of mediums. A portfolio link with real‑world work is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the design process end‑to‑end—from concept through final execution with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Apply constructive feedback thoughtfully, refining work to remain on brand and on strategy.
  • Explore innovative designs for events and campaigns while staying current with global trends.
  • Develop strong concepts and execute on creative direction from the Creative Director.
  • Manage multiple projects, maintaining clarity, quality, and momentum.
  • Design across a wide range of platforms—including event collateral, social media, landing pages, email, print, ads, and more—ensuring consistency and impact across every channel.
  • Collaborate with teammates to brainstorm ideas and support project load during busy times.
  • Contribute to the development, adoption, and ongoing evolution of Egnyte’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use across all media.
  • Communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and take creative direction to move projects forward with purpose and clarity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of agency or in‑house design experience.
  • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., graphic design, visual communications, digital media) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; experience with Slack, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Asana, Microsoft, and ability to learn other software.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success designing for events and marketing campaigns with design‑driven solutions for large exhibits.
  • Experience across various media for print and digital that resonates with target audiences.
  • Solid expertise in event marketing, digital campaign best practices, photography, illustration, typography, and digital formats.
  • Experience creating direct‑response materials and designing for diverse marketing channels, especially events.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, comfortable prioritizing workloads, and meeting critical milestones.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment; passion for creative excellence.
  • Expert knowledge of design techniques; research, recommend, and present new concepts consistently.
  • Ability to take direction and deliver according to specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Base pay across the U.S. ranges from $80K to $100K annually, varying by location and skill set. Pay may also depend on job‑related skills and experience. Your recruiter will share specific details during the interview process.
