Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience in beauty, skincare, cosmeceuticals, and/or pharmaceuticals to join our creative team. This role translates strategy into visually compelling, high‑quality designs across digital, print, packaging, and brand communication channels. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, innovative, and passionate about visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling, on‑brand designs across digital, print, packaging, web, sales/education, and internal materials.
- Support product launches, monthly campaigns, and ongoing marketing initiatives with high‑quality creative assets.
- Update, refine, and expand existing brand materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
- Develop production‑ready final files, ensuring all technical specifications and formatting standards are met.
- Execute packaging design and updates for primary and secondary components, including regulatory and brand revisions.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Director, designers, marketers, copywriters, eCommerce, and other cross‑functional partners to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
- Apply feedback constructively and iterate quickly during review cycles.
- Maintain brand consistency by applying established guidelines for color, typography, layout, imagery, and core design elements.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand visual identity and expand the design system across new touch points.
- Assist in creative intake by reviewing briefs and confirming project requirements and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, asset libraries, and internal templates/tools.
- Communicate with production and packaging vendors as needed to ensure accuracy and smooth execution.
Asset Categories
- Digital: Emails, social posts, stories, animations, paid ads, web banners, landing page assets
- Print: Mailers, foam boards, invitations, sell sheets, clinical/technical documents
- Packaging: Primary and secondary packaging updates addressing regulatory, creative, and brand consistency needs
- Sales & Education: Before & After collateral, training materials, internal presentations, promotional decks
- Internal Templates: Email signatures, webinar templates, branded presentation decks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of professional design experience within beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, or pharmaceutical categories; luxury aesthetic experience strongly preferred.
- Strong grasp of core design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and adaptive/responsive design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and related design tools.
- Experience with packaging design, production processes, and vendor communication.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and information architecture for web experiences is a plus.
- Ability to develop campaign and brand identities aligned with creative strategy; agency experience is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with creative workflows, proofing systems, and project management tools (experience with Wrike is a big plus).
- Portfolio showcasing visually refined work, brand consistency, and premium/luxury aesthetics.

Salary Transparency
Adhering to California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $70,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
