Role Description

Melville Candy Co. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer for a full‑time, on‑site position located in Randolph, MA. The role involves designing graphics for product packaging, logos, and branding materials, as well as creating custom designs for client collaborations. The designer will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure cohesive visual branding strategies and high‑quality results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design principles
• Experience in logo design and branding
• Strong skills in typography
• High‑level proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in the confectionery or consumer goods industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
