Graphic Designer (Performance)
We're a creator‑led growth agency that builds creative engines for modern consumer brands. We work with some of the fastest‑growing companies in health, wellness, tech, and lifestyle — producing high‑impact creative that blends strategy, platform fluency, and great design.
The Role
We're looking for a Designer to create and refine high‑performing ads across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
This role is for a designer who understands how creative drives results — someone who can combine visual craft with direct‑response thinking. You'll translate performance data and audience insights into creative that's clear, scroll‑stopping, and built to convert.
You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, editors, and creative directors to concept, test, and scale ad creative across multiple brands and categories. The ideal candidate is fast, thoughtful, and deeply fluent in the language of paid social.
What you'll be doing
- Design and adapt static and motion ads for paid‑social campaigns optimized for clarity and conversion.
- Turn creative briefs and performance data into strong, test‑ready visual concepts.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems to speed up iteration and testing.
- Collaborate with strategists and editors to evolve creative based on insights and performance trends.
- Ensure every ad meets Cousin Labs' standards for taste, clarity, and performance.
- Experiment with new design workflows — including AI and automation — to push creative velocity.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing for paid social, performance marketing, or high‑growth consumer brands.
- Strong grasp of direct‑response principles — how framing, pacing, and hierarchy influence results.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere is a plus.
- Clear, iterative design thinking and comfort working from both data and instinct.
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow‑through in fast‑paced environments.
- Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway) and emerging workflows.
