Sr. Graphic Designer – Molex
We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Creative Brand Team. In this role, you will lead the creative execution of marketing projects with a primary focus on supporting our Aerospace and Defense Solutions (ADS) division while also contributing to broader Molex initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver designs that ensure a consistent, impactful brand experience. This position requires strong visual design expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Location
Onsite role based at our offices in Lisle, IL or Georgetown, TX.
What You Will Do
- General management and oversight of assigned creative projects from conception to delivery, primarily for ADS but also supporting broader Molex businesses.
- Design original pieces – layouts, illustrations, infographics, and other marketing collateral such as PDF brochures, one‑pagers, PowerPoint presentations, website images, digital graphics, social media images, flyers, roll‑up banners, booth backdrops, and more.
- Work collaboratively with the creative brand manager to maintain steady internal and external design resources and align with varying graphics and digital experience needs across marketing pods (Industry, Events, Distribution, Regional Marketing, etc.) to ensure effective, on‑time, on‑budget project completion.
- Maintain availability and flexibility to pivot priorities for urgent and spontaneous project needs.
- Liaise with agile pod teams and other employees to ensure projects meet expectations and deadlines.
- General management and oversight of environmental branding (ENVB) projects, collaborating with local facility leads, reviewing external agency proposals, and designing original ENVB pieces such as wall coverings, decals, custom installations, posters, etc.
- Maintain and protect the Molex brand across the organization by reviewing branded material submissions, creating and updating guidelines and brand style guides, and updating the image library.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience and creative project management.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Proven experience in branding applications and creative development across corporate or agency environments.
- Experience working collaboratively with a larger team using project management and workflow tools.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Willingness to work some non‑traditional business hours to accommodate different time zones.
What Will Put You Ahead

- Experience with sprint planning as part of agile marketing.
- Experience in global organizations with teams worldwide.
- Experience using Wrike or similar project management tools.
- 3D modeling and rendering capabilities.
Compensation
We anticipate paying $80,000–$110,000 per year, with eligible variable pay issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
