Job Summary
This position supports MGA’s marketing, advertising, and creative services team by creating marketing and recruitment collateral, designing print and digital assets, producing photography, and maintaining consistent brand imagery.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design (80%) – Create marketing, advertising, and recruiting materials (brochures, flyers, banners, social media images, etc.) that are visually appealing and brand consistent.
- Develop and design creative collateral for print, traditional, digital channels, and visual imagery.
- Provide photography services: portrait photography for faculty/staff, commercial photography for advertising and recruitment collateral, and supplemental marketing photography.
- Create graphics that reinforce MGA’s brand and highlight students, faculty, staff, programs, services, and accomplishments.
- Produce original artwork that supports MGA’s visual identity standards and marketing objectives.
Planning (10%)
- Collaborate with internal departments and external entities; create and maintain collateral materials for university clients to build the MGA brand.
Other Duties (10%)
- Assist with a wide range of internal and external communications for the Office of Marketing & Communications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Travel to campuses as needed.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, new media, IT, or a closely related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital file types, compatibility, and usage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Apple Mac OSX platform.
- Proficiency in editing photography.
- Ability to multi‑task projects/assignments and be adaptable as needed.
- Strong writing, grammar, and editing skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to write clearly and review content thoroughly.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Experience
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, minimally Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with social media platforms and their associated static creatives, including the ability to create appropriate graphics for each platform.

- Experience working with creative teams in marketing and advertising.

- Knowledge of design platforms, in particular Adobe Creative Suite.
