Responsibilities

• Implement industry best practices to ensure communications, promotions, and literature meet business needs and align with company branding guidelines.
• Assume ownership of projects from initial concept to completion.
• Present and communicate all information accurately and in detail.
• Handle multiple projects, managing time and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Pro‑actively communicate on‑time.
• Create new concepts for graphics and promotional collateral.
• Handle jobs requiring web proficiency, including page design and content updates.
• Art‑direct digital photography.
• Coordinate custom projects, prepare files, and evaluate proofs and print.
• Review printer proofs and press approvals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and one year of related experience.
• Portfolio required—traditional print through digital across various channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) on Mac OSX with minimal tasks in Windows OS.
• Experience with web design, HTML5, MS Office, branding in a B2B environment, social media, and internet marketing trends.
• Advanced knowledge of production, photography, proof‑reading, and photo retouching.
• Superior attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong customer support skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively pitch creative concepts.

Physical Demand Requirements

Occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee may occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Annual salary range: $60,000–$75,000.
