Role Summary
As an experienced Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in supporting our Partnerships vertical – designing pitch decks, visual assets, partner‑facing concepts and activation materials, ensuring the brand is represented at the highest level in every commercial interaction.
Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling pitch decks, proposals and commercial presentations
- Develop design assets for partnership activations, signage, social extensions and events
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Brand and Creative teams to align creative direction
- Maintain brand consistency across all partner touchpoints
- Support concepting for new partnership opportunities and co‑branded campaigns
- Deliver high‑quality design quickly in a fast‑moving environment
- Design branded assets for internal and external usage to support the wider brand strategy and partner activations
- Continuously contribute creative ideas to help build and shape our identity
- Work at various race weekends as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or related field
- Prior motorsport experience is essential
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience producing digital and print graphics
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word)
- Insightful and up‑to‑date with latest design trends and technology
- Comfortable working in high‑pressure environments with excellent time‑management and ability to manage multiple projects
