What You’ll Do
- Bring ideas to life: From concept to final design, create original, captivating visuals for websites, print collateral, product packaging, and trade show displays.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with copywriters, developers, and account teams; work closely with the Creative Director and fellow designers.
- Own the process: Manage complete design workflow, from initial spark to production-ready files, ensuring polished, brand-compliant deliverables.
- Maintain brand standards: Uphold the highest design quality across all projects.
- Solve problems & adapt: Tackle creative challenges, make last-minute tweaks to meet tight deadlines.
- Keep things fresh: Continuously improve skills and experiment with new tools and techniques.
What You Bring
- Portfolio: Showcasing solid work across diverse design styles and formats; ability to handle large, complex projects.
- Software savvy: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); bonus for animation or interactive design experience.
- Attention to detail: Keen eye; no pixel passes a review.
- Team player: Excited to collaborate and exchange ideas to create the best outcome.
- Passion for design: Constantly push boundaries and take your craft to the next level.
- Office collaboration: Ready to work onsite in De Pere, WI at least three days per week.
