Feel Goods is a fast-growing DTC brand on a mission to make health more approachable & fun. We’re building the new-age platform for helping others in their wellness journey.

To date, we've sold out 15+ times, shipped 4M+ servings, and have earned 150M+ views on our organic content. We’re one of the largest organically grown wellness brands on TikTok, have recently closed a round of funding, and are looking for a Graphic Designer (CPG, DTC) to join our creative team and bring our brand vision to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging creative for our growth and retention channels – including emails/SMS, paid ads, and landing pages built to drive conversion and performance.
• Implement on‑brand, optimized visuals and product listings across our website and marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop).
• Create scroll‑stopping, viral‑worthy visuals for our organic social channels (IG & TikTok).
• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and hitting deadlines in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Collaborate closely with the founders, marketing, and product team to ensure design aligns with marketing goals and brand identity.
• Contribute & build on our brand’s creative direction by expanding style guidelines while refining our existing design systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of design experience, ideally within CPG and e‑commerce.
• A creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and a mind for performance.
• Comfortable with packaging design, including dielines & print‑ready files, print specs, color profiles, and working within production constraints.
• Mastery of Figma, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and hitting deadlines in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• 3D rendering experience for product or packaging visuals.
• A past working knowledge of wellness or supplement brands and/or deep passion for the space.
