Graphic Designer (Office-Creative/Design)

This role focuses on building concepts and executing visual strategy across brand consumer touchpoints, including packaging, promotional materials, and retail displays. You will ensure brand guidelines are consistently maintained, present projects to cross‑functional teams, and collaborate closely with Product Designers and engineers for UI deliverables.

Pay Range

$45.00/hr – $45.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Build concepts and execute the visual strategy for the brand across packaging, promotional materials, retail displays.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
  • Own presentation of assigned projects to communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices to cross‑functional teams for feedback and approvals.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers in wireframe and design decision handoff, and with software engineers to facilitate smooth hand‑off of assets for development and UI reviews of live code.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in UI design deliverables, including mockups, clickable prototypes, design systems, assets for development handoff, and simple animations.
  • Conduct press checks and uphold design quality across print and online media.

Qualifications

  • Portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design and brand identity, demonstrating creative excellence, storytelling, problem‑solving, and technical mastery. (Please ensure a link to portfolio and password are in resume.)
  • Passion for beauty, with an understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape. A keen eye and attention to detail is critical to win in the beauty category.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Suite.
  • Intermediate skills in UI design and mid‑level knowledge of UI design principles, research, competitive analysis, A/B testing, accessibility, and related practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify and defend design choices, comfortably give and receive feedback.
  • Uses empathy and non‑linear thinking: must be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
