Length of contract –6 months with possible extensions

Payrate: $22-25 per hour

Job Description:

Position Overview

The Graphic Producer manages the production and execution of creative assets from concept through delivery. Reporting to the Lead Producer and Design Print Manager, this role ensures projects are completed on time, accurately, and brand-compliant. The position collaborates closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Product Development, Package Engineering, Designers, and external vendors/printers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure packaging graphics meet regulations, marketing objectives, and corporate standards.
• Route, review, and release accurate artwork to meet deadlines.
• Release all artwork in Widen for digital shelf team.
• Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with designers and creative leads to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with vendors, printers, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure quality.
• Maintain organized documentation, version control, and workflow processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Production or related field.
• 3+ years of project management/graphic production experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of print and/or graphic production processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food Client or packaging background.
• Experience with SAP, BLUE Enterprise, Workfront, Widen.
• Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on Packaging Graphic Production Artist experience.
