Illustrator – Contract

This role involves creating engaging cartoon‑style artwork for Instagram, helping to establish a unique and consistent visual identity for a brand focused on exporting UK indie beer to France. The illustrator will play a key part in visually communicating the quality and reach of UK craft beer, as well as dispelling common misconceptions about the product. The project is remote and initially for a single assignment, with the possibility of future collaborations based on performance and fit.
Deliverables
- Develop a cohesive cartoon‑style visual theme for Instagram posts
- Create original illustrations that highlight the journey and quality of UK indie beer
- Design artwork that addresses and debunks myths about UK craft beer
- Collaborate with the team to ensure artwork aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals
- Deliver final digital assets in formats suitable for Instagram
Requirements
- Proven experience in cartoon‑style illustration, preferably for social media
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and consistency in visual style
- Ability to interpret brand values and translate them into engaging visuals
- Proficiency with digital illustration tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Procreate)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Availability for remote work and to meet agreed deadlines
