**Your Role**Gensler Newport Beach is seeking a creative, collaborative Marketing Manager to support and guide our marketing team in a fast-paced, design-driven environment. This role requires a strategic thinker and proactive communicator who thrives on both execution and innovation.The Marketing Manager will work closely with Office and Studio Leadership, the Client Relationship and Practice Area leaders, the marketing team, and regional colleagues to drive business development pursuits, deliver high-quality marketing materials, and elevate the office’s visibility and market positioning. They will oversee the day-to-day activities of the local marketing team while supporting the team’s professional growth. Strong organizational, analytical, and team leadership skills are essential, along with a passion for storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work on award-winning projects, shape the office’s marketing strategy, and make a visible impact on business development success.**Ownership of marketing pursuits**– Lead pursuits from kickoff through submission, including proposals, presentations, and client-facing deliverables. Manage workload between the Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist. Conduct research on clients, projects, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategy and support business development opportunities. – Partner with CR Leaders to build and maintain strong client relationships, playing a key role in planning and executing client events, Salesforce campaigns, and other engagement initiatives.**What Success Looks Like*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.*\*\*The base salary range will be estimated between $110,000 - $155,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.***Life at Gensler**At Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design. Success also includes embracing technology and innovation to modernize marketing deliverables and processes, optimizing budgets and workflows for maximum impact, and using data and insights to continuously refine strategies and enhance the office’s influence and recognition in the marketplace.**Your Qualifications** 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture, design, or related industries. Experience managing a team and leading business-critical marketing projects. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and collaborate. Excellent graphic design sensibility and communication skills.Proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office; and familiarity with full Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce is a plus.At Gensler, the value of our work stems from its positive impact on the human experience.
