Job – Jr Media Coordinator

100% Remote

Contract role: 20 hours/week, must work across PST and CST.

Duration – 4+ Months

Pay Rate – $40 - $49/hr.

As a Junior Media Coordinator on the Brand Media Team, you will support media and creative teams to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The entry‑level position involves managing project schedules, trafficking creative assets, performing quality assurance checks, and orchestrating cross‑channel reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign coordination: Assist in trafficking advertising campaigns, gathering and organizing creative assets, tags, and campaign parameters, and owning creative flighting across all paid channels.
  • Project management: Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables are received on time and meet technical specifications.
  • Quality assurance: Perform thorough QA checks on creative assets, tags, and tracking to launch campaigns without error.
  • Workflow management: Manage flow of information and materials between departments, ensuring projects stay on schedule and potential issues are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Administrative support: Maintain project documentation, including insertion orders, PowerPoint, campaign records, and trafficking sheets.
  • Monitoring and reporting: Assist with monitoring campaign performance and delivery, pulling data, and flagging issues for senior team members; support creation of reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and escape any issues with campaign delivery, discrepancies, or asset implementation.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Foundational understanding of full‑funnel advertising principles and media terminology.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides for data entry, presentation creation, and organization.
  • Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager) and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Previous internship or professional experience in advertising, media, or project coordination is preferred.
