Social Media Specialist

Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) is a highly successful e‑commerce company in the automotive aftermarket parts industry. EAH operates ten enthusiast‑focused websites, serving passionate automotive customers worldwide. EAH has recently expanded its primary distribution center, is implementing enterprise‑level ERP/WMS/OMS systems, and is owned and supported by Cortec Group.

Texas Speed & Performance, a leading performance parts seller in Texas, seeks a Social Media Specialist to define and execute content creation and social media marketing initiatives. This role will report to the Media Team Manager, be based in Georgetown, TX, and will require travel to events and shows throughout the year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive monthly social media content calendar aligned with product launches, sales promotions, and automotive events.
  • Create engaging, platform‑specific content including photography, short‑form video (Reels, TikToks), graphics, and copy that resonates with the LS/LT, Hemi, and Ford enthusiast demographic.
  • Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and R&D teams to align social media efforts with company objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and automotive content creators; establish sponsorship and affiliate agreements.
  • Attend shows and community events, capture content for social platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, click‑through rate, conversion) and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of other automotive parts retailers.

Qualifications

  • 3‑4+ years of hands‑on content creation with mastery of algorithms and formats for YouTube, TikTok, and Meta (Instagram/Facebook).
  • Passion for and deep knowledge of LS/LT, Hemi, and Ford markets, tuning trends, performance parts, and the enthusiast community.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration experience.
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, copywriting, and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Strategic mindset: understand how social drives e‑commerce/SEO and ability to interpret data via analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Highly organized self‑starter able to prioritize projects and adapt quickly to platform changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a media‑related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Consistent month‑over‑month growth in average likes, comments, and shares.
  • Targeted organic follower increase within the core enthusiast demographic.
  • Positive brand sentiment with low negative comments and high user‑generated content and brand mentions.
  • Consistently high‑quality content that receives strong audience reception.
