Motion Designer at PVcase
We're looking for a visionary Brand/Motion Designer to bring the PVcase brand to life. In this role, you will bridge the gap between static brand identity and dynamic storytelling, designing compelling visuals for brand awareness campaigns across digital platforms. You will also play a key role in leveraging AI to enhance creative workflows and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Visuals & Awareness: Design compelling static and animated visuals for brand awareness campaigns that effectively communicate PVcase messaging across social media, digital ads, website, and video platforms.
- Storytelling & Timing: Bring a strong sense of visual storytelling and animation timing to produce emotionally resonant and on‑brand animated content, turning scripts and concepts into fluid narratives.
- Product‑Marketing Synergy: Create powerful product key visuals and storyboards for marketing materials, translating our software interface into accessible and sleek visuals.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with PVcase brand guidelines while adapting assets to different channels, formats, and markets.
- Systems & Efficiency: Build reusable templates and visual systems that enhance efficiency and maintain a cohesive design language.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools for storyboarding, asset generation, or workflow automation, sharing learnings with the team.
- Iterative Design: Seek and incorporate feedback to iterate designs, improving clarity, performance, and creative direction.
Qualifications
- 3‑5+ years in a hybrid Brand + Motion role with a portfolio demonstrating strong campaign work and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Market curiosity: stay curious about motion design, branding, and digital marketing trends.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Proficiency in AI design tools and willingness to experiment with new solutions.

Salary & Benefits
