Department: Corporate   Locations: Edina, MN & Fargo, ND & Sioux Falls, SD

Salary Range: $75,802 - $115,735

We’re seeking a creative Multimedia Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end production of compelling video, audio, and graphic content that tells our story with quality and emotion. This role requires a self‑starter who can ideate, cast a vision, and deliver polished multimedia assets, including podcasts, animations, and scripted videos. Strong writing skills and experience with podcast production and video scripting are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and edit multimedia content—video, audio, graphics, and animations—for internal and external audiences.
• Create engaging written and multimedia content for corporate communications, including culture videos, testimonials, and leadership messages.
• Interview stakeholders and coach them to deliver impactful messages in audio and video formats.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to turn ideas into compelling content.
• Oversee video/audio production from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Maintain the multimedia library of images, footage, templates, and brand assets.
• Stay updated on trends and tools to enhance visual storytelling.
• Coordinate with external vendors and audiences as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multimedia creation, preferably in a marketing or corporate communications environment.
• Proficiency in video production (shooting, editing, sound), graphic design, photography, and animation.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and similar creative tools such as Canva.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content formats.
