Car Dealership Photographer (Part-Time)

Pro-MotionPix is seeking a Part-Time Automotive Photographer to support dealership inventory photography using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app. No prior automotive photography experience is required—paid training is provided to ensure you’re confident and successful in the role.

Location

Santa Barbara, Ventura & surrounding areas (Goleta, Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Ojai, Carpinteria, Santa Paula)

Schedule

Part-Time | 2–3 days per week, 6–8 hours per day (or until assignments are complete)

Pay

$24.00++ per hour (Hourly pay is a combination of base pay plus per-vehicle photo payouts). Mileage is reimbursed between dealership locations.

About The Role

Pro-MotionPix is seeking a Part-Time Automotive Photographer to support dealership inventory photography using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, and producing clean, professional visual content.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Travel to assigned dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle
• Capture high-quality vehicle photos, 360° spins, and walk‑around videos
• Locate keys and move vehicles to designated staging areas
• Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicles that are unavailable or not readyChristian 
• Ensure all vehicles are photographed accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform light physical activity throughout the shift
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
• Customer‑service oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable using smartphones and learning new apps
• Manual transmission driving experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to manage time effectively while working independently
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
