Job Description

We are looking for independent contractors who can create their own schedules and work independently while collaborating with our Real Estate Photography Team. As a Virtuance Photography Partner, you will capture high‑quality photos and other products for residential and commercial clients.

Equipment Requirements

• Digital SLR Body that can bracket 5+ images in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens (no prime lenses)
• Sturdy Tripod
• Ball Head
• Laptop (Windows 32/64‑bit or MacOS X)
• Theta Z1 camera
• Smartphone – iPhone 11 or newer, or Android equivalent

Certification Requirements

Complete a remote certification course and a test photo shoot to demonstrate competency in real‑estate photography.

Compensation

Pay based on a percentage of the total price of each package ordered. Amounts range from $40 to $250+ depending on products purchased per job.

Qualifications

• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Reliable Internet connection
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for traveling to shoots
• Own the equipment listed above (or can meet them)
• Have at least 2 days available per week (Monday – Friday)
