One&Only Resorts is hiring: Manager, Communications and PR in Bozeman

Overview

Join One&Only Resorts as Manager, Communications and PR for the upcoming launch of One&Only Moonlight Basin. The role is based in either Bozeman or Big Sky, MT and focuses on building global awareness and storytelling before the property opens.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the resort’s PR and communications strategy.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop property‑specific media initiatives and messaging.
• Represent the brand with media and key stakeholders, holding press interviews and media events.
• Oversee PR agency relationships, including RFP management and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate event planning, crisis management, and awards programs.
• Write press releases, develop press kits, and produce high‑impact copy across all channels.
• Distribute highlights and media coverage to internal stakeholders.
• Support the Commercial Team with social media, editorials, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• High‑level proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with strong storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, data‑driven thinking, and proven organization and project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively across departments and agencies.
• On‑property and pre‑opening experience is a plus, as is experience with ultra‑luxury brands.
