Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Manager, Professional Promotion, Darzalex, located in Horsham, PA. Our Oncology team is focused on the elimination of cancer by discovering new pathways and modalities to find treatments and cures. We lead where medicine is going and need innovators with an unwavering commitment to results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and implement strategies and non-personal promotional plans supporting health care professionals. Key components will include strategic and tactical media planning, agency oversight, PRC/regulatory review, and custom media development.
  • Lead promotional strategies for professional communications in digital, print, social media, and search channels from strategic vision through final execution.
  • Drive continues leadership of Janssen Experience Transformation (JET) initiatives in the non-personal channel including ownership over agile content development, implementation, and measurement of omnichannel executions.
  • Actively lead and contribute to Professional Promotion Team responsibilities, such as field engagement, training initiatives and customer interaction along with culture-building activities.
  • Work efficiently with external agencies, key internal partners and cross functional groups within the organization.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnight and weekend travel.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the oncology sector preferred.
  • Experience in marketing or digital innovation preferred.
  • Proven experience in the following critical business proficiencies preferred: Customer Engagement, Digital Promotion, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
