Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Base pay range: $51,240.00 / yr – $58,790.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Coordinate public relations events such as press conferences, media tours, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on PR activities and results.
  • Assist in crafting and editing content for various platforms including social media, blogs, and newsletters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or communications role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
