Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the public image of our organization and fostering effective communication between our company and the public, stakeholders, and media. As a Public Relations Associate, you will work closely with senior PR professionals to develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with our brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns that enhance the company's brand and reputation.
• Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials to engage media and public audiences.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for press events, conferences, and product launches to ensure successful execution.

• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception, providing regular reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and understanding their role in public relations.
• Familiarity with media monitoring and analysis tools to evaluate PR efforts effectively.
