Target Analyst Reporter – 3 (Fort Meade, MD)
The Target Analyst Reporter is responsible for researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence. The candidate will prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained through collection, analysis, and other sources. The role requires maintaining awareness of customer needs and supporting development operations.
Job Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Mission Focus: Report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and related collateral sources (e.g., IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source, and others as needed) for use by government personnel. Share target‑related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products, which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action if applicable.
- Technical Proficiency: Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with customer missions in Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations. Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute the mission of customer and IC partners. Perform pre‑release quality control functions.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in an area directly related to the customer’s mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
- Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to be considered for this role.
- Desirable Skills: Collaborate with analytical counterparts across the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Pay Range
US$107,900.00 – US$195,050.00
