Description
Responsible for supporting a variety of semiconductor applications using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to image challenging structures. Experience in imaging samples on a wafer level, taking profile, sidewalls, and top‑down images on the SEM. Some experience with EDS analysis. Adept at image optimization on the SEM for various materials. Ability to contribute to the development of best‑known methods (BKM) for SEM imaging of new applications. Perform SEM alignments and correct basic fault conditions on metrology equipment. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to work with a large internal customer base. AS/BS in a related field or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of SEM experience. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software. Ability to work a shift schedule. Experience in metrology or related areas. Experience in semiconductor is a plus.
