Technical SEO Analyst – Houston, TX
Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr.
Responsibilities
- Run crawl audits, fix indexing, canonicalization, and rendering issues.
- Manage XML sitemaps to improve crawlability.
- Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
- Resolve duplicate, orphaned, or thin content and investigate root causes.
- Partner with IT on releases and production pushes; write requirements, test in lower environments, and validate in production.
- Execute and QA SEO updates in Sitecore templates; QA metadata, schema, hreflang, redirects, and internal links.
- Maintain and prioritize the SEO backlog, track tickets and dependencies.
- Log updates for governance and audit history.
- Use SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console to deliver site health summaries and flag anomalies in crawl/index patterns.
- Provide weekly and monthly site health summaries to marketing leadership.
- Identify anomalies in crawl or index patterns and escalates to appropriate teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical SEO with multi-language and multi-location websites.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred) and version-controlled deployments.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript rendering, structured data, and page performance metrics.
- Proficiency with SEO and web analytics tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong project management and documentation skills; experience working within Agile or sprint-based workflows preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to collaborate across IT, content, and marketing functions.

- Reduced thin/duplicate content across key pages.
- Timely, accurate SEO implementation during IT deployments.
- Documentation enabling scalability and governance.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
