Role Description

This is a full-time Entry-Level Web & SEO Specialist role based on-site in Broken Arrow, OK. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing web performance metrics, implementing SEO strategies, designing and developing user-friendly websites, and optimizing websites for search engines. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure technical excellence and contribute to online marketing efforts. This role is Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Work inside WordPress to update and optimize website page content
• Build new website pages based on SEO strategy and internal guidelines
• Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools to research keywords and track performance
• Write and research blog content focused on ranking and driving traffic
• Perform technical website audits to identify SEO issues and improvement opportunities
• Fix on page SEO issues like metadata, internal linking, site structure, and content gaps
• Collaborate with the team to improve client website performance over time

• Interested in websites, SEO, or digital marketing and excited to learn more
• Has played around with websites before (WordPress, builders, personal projects, etc.) or is eager to start
• No formal experience required, but curiosity and willingness to learn is a must
• Wants to grow with a rapidly scaling agency and move up in the company over time
• Motivated by skill development, career progression, and earning more as you improve
• Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes
• Detail-oriented and willing to follow proven frameworks and instructions
• Enjoys working with a chill team that values results over office politics
• Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
