Main Objective of Role
To determine scalable growth and efficiency opportunities in paid search and digital marketing across online channels (web, mobile, app).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans across all eCommerce channels, including SEM, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Plan and control the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending across various channels.
- Monitor and review online payment transactions to understand customer behavior and identify key data points to increase conversion rates.
- Identify new paid media channels, find opportunities, make recommendations, communicate them effectively to management, and execute approved initiatives.
- Maximize conversions from various eCommerce channels by tracking and improving the customer journey, positively impacting KPIs for individual eCommerce channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance cost efficiencies and conversion rates.
- Create and manage a recurring plan for testing and experiments on various digital channels, capturing learnings and internalizing them.
- Forecast demand and potential for each eCommerce channel, scaling sustainably to grow the business, benchmark metrics and creatives against competition, and incorporate actionable insights.
- Utilize internal tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and ad platform reporting for planning and optimization.
- Improve app campaign performance and increase app retention through analysis of marketing measures.
- Define and monitor all relevant campaign metrics and overall flydubai app performance figures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Degree in a related field such as Communications, English, Marketing, or Information Sciences
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience within digital marketing with excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts and practice; comprehensive understanding of the business, including its products or services, target audience, and support for demand generation e-commerce initiatives. Technical working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads account management skills with experience in bid management. Experience working with analytics programmes like Google Analytics and Appsflyer. Experience in managing agencies and interpreting data. Knowledge of display and retargeting display is an advantage.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential. Knowledge and experience with Search Engine Optimization, Pay‑per‑click and Linking Strategies, and Google Analytics.

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
