This role is required to be on-site at our Coppell campus, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Audit Merchandise Samples – review product turned in for product photo shoots to ensure accuracy against tracking documents; once photo shoots are complete, assemble product back to original state, ensuring paperwork and tags are properly assembled and returned to merchant teams or distribution center.
• Prepare Merchandise for Photo Shoots – organize product samples on trays, removing tags and updating proper tracking paperwork to coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate photography.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Detail oriented with passion, energy, and high integrity
• Ability to work independently and collectively across departments
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications

The salary range for this opportunity is $47,500 – $55,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
