💼 Role & Responsibilities:

• Build responsive, accessible UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Service Portal Framework.
• Customize and enhance Service Portal, Catalog Items, Dashboards & Workspaces.
• Translate user needs into engaging ServiceNow experiences in collaboration with product owners and analysts.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability and performance.
• Ensure design consistency aligned with brand standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues.
• Stay current with evolving ServiceNow platform features and UX trends.

🎯 Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proven experience with Service Portal Framework on the Now Platform
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
