We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong passion for building innovative product experiences that make people’s work easier and more efficient. By helping us design Unique AI, our modular, security-first AI solution for finance, you will help shape how Generative AI improves daily workflows in the Financial Service Industry. You will play a pivotal role in helping financial professionals automate repetitive tasks and gain more time for value‑generating activities.

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Experience: 5+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio. Experience designing for FinTech, Cyber Security, or complex enterprise‑grade solutions is highly preferred over generic SaaS experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• UXR Expertise: Proven experience planning and conducting user research with discussion guides, facilitation, and stakeholder presentation.
• Tool Proficiency: Expert in Figma for high‑fidelity designs and prototyping tools (Balsamiq, Figma prototypes) for wireframing.
• Modular Thinking: Ability to design scalable components that fit into a modular system.
• Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and responsive/mobile design. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Agile Mindset: Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design process: From concept to final implementation, focusing on modular solutions that drive efficiency while maintaining strict security standards.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups: Communicate visions and align stakeholders on complex product solutions.
• Collaborate closely: With customer success, product managers, and developers to ensure designs are feasible, secure, and aligned with business goals.
• Expand our design system and style guides: Ensure consistency across the modular architecture of the Unique brand.
• Marketing support: Provide key UI assets for product‑marketing content as needed.

User Experience Research (UXR)

• Lead end‑to‑end user research: Define goals, recruit participants, and select methods (interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, or surveys).
• Synthesize insights: Translate user feedback and behavioral data into actionable design improvements and strategic recommendations.
• Validate concepts: Conduct iterative testing on prototypes to ensure new modules meet the needs of financial professionals.
