Base Pay Range

$60.00/hr – $66.00/hr

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer who can define the vision for a next-generation B2B eCommerce experience and deliver world-class, high-fidelity design solutions.

Mandatory (Must-Have) Skills

  • Exceptional Design Portfolio (Primary Requirement)
    • Strong emphasis on craftsmanship, typography, white space, layout, and visual storytelling
    • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive, elegant interfaces
    • Evidence of high-quality UX/UI flows, conceptual thinking, and aesthetics
    • Portfolio must showcase high-fidelity, polished work
  • Figma Expert
    • Ability to build complex systems, components, and prototypes
    • Deep capability in layout, design systems, and responsive flows
    • Must be able to create high-fidelity, motion-rich prototypes
    • Ability to express interaction patterns and design intent clearly
  • High-Fidelity Prototyping Skills
    • Ability to craft refined, pixel-perfect prototypes that convey vision and animation
  • Strong Collaboration & Ideation
    • Comfortable pitching ideas, iterating quickly, and receiving feedback
    • Ability to think conceptually and collaboratively define directional experiences
  • Creative Range (Beginner to Expert Talent Considered)
    • Must bring fresh ideas, unique visual style, and innovative thinking
    • Skill level is flexible—portfolio quality is the deciding factor

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not required but valuable)

  • Experience conceptualizing and prototyping 3D or AR interactions
  • Motion design skills, especially prototyping in After Effects
  • Experience working in a fast-paced creative agency environment
  • Ability to pivot quickly, explore multiple concepts, and work under tight timelines

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead visual and conceptual direction for a high-craft B2B eCommerce platform
  • Establish the north star vision and design principles
  • Create stunning high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma and Principle
  • Solve complex UX challenges and communicate solutions simply and beautifully
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into product-ready experiences
  • Present work clearly, tell compelling design stories, and build alignment across teams
  • Balance brand expression with functional, scalable product UX
