The Role

We’re looking for a talented product designer based in Latin America to join our team. You’ll work directly with our US‑based team and clients to design intuitive, beautiful experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms. This is a full‑time contract position with the potential to grow into a leadership role as our design practice expands.

What You’ll Do

• Design user interfaces for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups in Figma
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Participate in client presentations and feedback sessions
• Contribute to design systems and component libraries
• Work across multiple client projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app and web design work
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Fluent English (written and verbal) - you’ll be communicating directly with US clients
• Based in Latin America (GMT‑3 to GMT‑6 time zones preferred)
• Available for overlapping work hours with US Eastern Time

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with React Native or Flutter constraints
• Motion/animation design skills
• Experience with user research and testing
• Previous agency or consulting experience
