UX/UI Full Stack Developer

HighPoint Digital, a company focused on helping government agencies and companies implement strategic initiatives, is seeking a Full Time Onsite UX/UI Full Stack Developer based in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and implement intuitive user interfaces for document upload, visualization, and interaction while developing robust back‑end solutions.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Design and develop user‑friendly interfaces for document upload, visualization, and interactive features using modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Build and maintain back‑end services to support document management and user interaction.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and optimize both front‑end and back‑end components.

Job Responsibilities

• Experience with back‑end development (Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management.
• Experience with document management systems or file upload features.
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in agile teams.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a full‑stack developer.
