UX/UI Designer, Salesforce Experience Cloud
Join our dynamic team as a UX/UI Designer specializing in Salesforce Experience Cloud, where you'll create innovative user experiences and collaborate with professionals dedicated to excellence. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to design intuitive interfaces for Salesforce portals.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for Salesforce Experience Cloud portals to ensure they are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that align with Salesforce design standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and accurately implemented using Lightning Web Components.
- Customize and enhance Experience Cloud templates to meet client needs and business requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and offer guidance on UX best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with hands‑on Salesforce experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience designing for Salesforce Experience Cloud and working with Experience Cloud templates.
- Prior client‑facing experience with polished communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Higher Education industry.
- Background in consulting or working with digital agencies.
- Familiarity with usability and accessibility best practices.
