As a member of the Member Experience team and working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, this role helps create intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces that enhance usability and member engagement.**What you’ll do:** **Hands-on UX/UI design process work:*** Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the design lifecycle.* Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.* Support the delivery of responsive, cross-platform user experiences optimized for web and mobile.**Review data and feedback and apply learnings to design solutions:*** Analyze user data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.* Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.* Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions with the MX team and stakeholders.**Adhere to regulatory, accessibility, and brand standards requirements and maintain documentation of processes to support this:*** Help maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and documentation.* Apply brand standards, accessibility best practices and ensure compliance with established guidelines (e.g., WCAG).* Assist in designing solutions that adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements without compromising usability or user experience.* Responsible for adhering to and complying with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, adhering to Bank policies and procedures, and completing required training**What you’ll bring:*** Minimum of two years of experience in UX design, preferably in a digital product environment.* A bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields that combine design, tech, and user behavior, or equivalent certificate programs and experience is required.**What you’ll get:*** All Employees: weekly pay and retirement savings options.* Full Time Employees: comprehensive health coverage including medical (with prescription), dental, vision, HSA match, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.* To see a full list of our benefit offerings, check out this !**Careers@lmcu.org****.**If you lack access to the internet or require an accommodation in the application process, please send your resume via mail to 5664 Prairie Creek Drive, Caledonia, MI 49316.Lake Michigan Credit Union is fundamentally different than a bank, both in our structure and mission.
