This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about creating impactful content across social media platforms! This role will include 30-40% travel to exciting spots, too, while you shoot and produce content!

Responsibilities

• Traveling to various locations: local day trips, to nationwide longer trips
• Developing shot lists, storyboards, visual scripts, location prep work etc.
• Editing footage utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut or similar

Qualifications

• Portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of current social trends and what makes impactful social content
• Familiar with using a DJI Pocket Osmo 3 and other DJI products like mobile phone gimbals and possible drones like the Mini Pro and Mavic Lines
• Needs to be familiar with Sony camera bodies, lensing and lighting
• Has the editorial skills to apply graphics (even pre-made graphics kits like .mogrt files from motionarray), music and publish finished videos
• Proficient in social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc., features, and algorithms with the ability to create tailored content to each platform's audience
• Ability to travel locally as well as across the country
• When not traveling, this person will be hybrid at the Grand Rapids, MI office 1-3 days a week
