Video + Photo Producer Job at RUNCLUB CREATIVE in Nashville

RUNCLUB Creative is a full-service creative agency partnering with artists, brands, and founders to build culture-forward work that actually moves the needle. From full album cycles to brand campaigns, product launches, and experiential shoots, our work lives at the intersection of story, strategy, and execution.

We’re expanding our in‑house production team and are hiring two experienced Video + Photo Producers who can confidently own both motion and stills across a wide range of deliverables.

This role is for someone who knows how to show up prepared, move fast on set, and deliver polished, brand‑ready assets — not someone learning on the job.

What You'll Do

• Shoot high‑quality video and photo content across brand campaigns, artist projects, live events, social content, and larger productions
• Execute half‑day and full‑day shoots , including pre‑production prep, on‑set capture, and post‑production delivery
• Operate camera, lighting and audio for a variety of environments
• Edit video content for multiple formats (social, web, paid, long‑form) with strong pacing and attention to tone
• Deliver clean, consistent photo edits aligned with brand style and campaign needs
• Collaborate closely with RUNCLUB’s creative directors, strategists, designers, and producers
• Adapt quickly on set — handling last‑minute changes, tight timelines, and evolving creative direction
• Travel as needed for shoots (artists, campaigns, events, and brand activations)

What We're Looking For

• 2–4+ years of professional experience in both video and photo (agency, production company, or equivalent)
• Strong, well‑rounded portfolio showcasing both motion and still work (brand, lifestyle, music, or commercial preferred)
• Deep familiarity with:
  • Cinema + mirrorless camera systems
  • Lighting for both photo and video
  • Audio capture (lavs, on‑camera, field recording)
  • Editing in Premiere Pro / Final Cut, Lightroom, and Photoshop (After Effects a plus)
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable shooting for multiple brands and tones — not locked into one aesthetic
• Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented when it comes to file management and deliverables
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Calm under pressure, proactive on set, and able to take direction while also anticipating needs

What This Role Is Not

• Not a single‑lane shooter (you must do both video and photo)
• Not a slow, over‑engineered production environment — we move fast and expect efficiency
