Who You Are & The Impact You Will Have

The QTS Producer, Photo & Video is responsible for producing high‑quality, emotional multimedia assets that tell the QTS brand story. As a key member of the Brand + Marketing team, you work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring engaging content to audiences.

What You Will Do

• Autonomously manage internal and external resources, coordinating with central marketing and product teams.
• Think creatively and produce marketing, product, sales, and customer testimonial videos following brand standards.
• Plan, produce and edit videos—from conception to final product—creating storyboards, shot lists, coordinating on‑site personnel, editing sound and adding graphic elements.
• Produce motion graphics, including text animations, special effects, 2D and 3D images for all marketing materials, web and digital displays.
• Ensure brand alignment across all projects and recommend enhancements to QTS’ video media content.
• Organize, manage and curate QTS’ digital media library and provide support, formatting, production, distribution and placement for QTS videos.
• Work with the team to guarantee vendor‑driven assets are consistent with internally created assets.

What You Will Need to be Successful

• BA or BS in Marketing, Photography, Video Production, Visual Design, Broadcast Journalism or equivalent professional experience.
• Three to five years of professional video production, photography and/or digital animation experience.

Nice to Have

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of color grading, Premiere, Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Experience with complementary software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D.
• Understanding of digital cameras, cinema lenses, lighting and audio equipment, and RAW file format.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to learn, adapt, and convey complex ideas simply.
• Impressive digital portfolio of prior projects and ability to present to senior executives and product leadership.
• Up to 20% travel requirement.

• Advanced knowledge of video production software.
• Excellent time management and creative team collaboration.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage external service partners and navigate a matrix structure.
